Installation instructions:
1.)
Remove the bumper.
Disassemble the rear holder of the exhaust system.
Disassemble the lower right and left covers.
Mount the 13-pin electrical kit.
2.)
Place one each of the shackles "3" into the right and left longitudinal beams. Use the
rectangular cut-outs located in the lower boom of the longitudinal beam.
3.)
Position basic frame "1" of the tow hook so that the side brackets meet the vehicle's longitudinal
beams out on the left and right. Align the bore holes fastening bore holes "a".
4.)
Put a 10.5x25x4 washer on a M10x30 hexagon screw and loosely attach the tow hook.
5.)
Align the tow hook and tighten it with 55Nm torque for M10 (10.9).
6.)
Pull the reinforcement bar off from the bumper.
Cut out the bumper along the marking in the bumper.
In case it is missing, copy the measurements as shown in figure "X" onto the bumper and cut
out.
7.)
Cut out lower left cover as shown in figure "Y".
8.)
Mount bumper and covers.
9.)
Push reinforcement bar onto the end edge of the bumper as shown in figure "X".
It may be necessary to readjust the clamps so that the fit is tight.
