Hinged edges
•
It is not permitted to place heavy loads on the hinged edges.
•
During transport of the appliance the hinged edges must be folded in.
•
When the hinged edges are being hinged up and locked there is a danger
of crushing.
– Pivot hinged edge
– Pivot supports

– Place supports so that as the hinged edge is lowered the pins
the holes there.
– The edges are hinged in in the reverse sequence.
Bottom shelves
Only fixed standing objects are allowed to be put on the bottom shelf The max-
imum laden weight must not be exceeded (see "Specifications" page 25).
Open containers with hot liquids should not be transported.
Drain extension
•
Never move the appliance by pulling on the drain extension.
•
When draining off the water pay attention to the position of the end of the
hose.
•
When hot water is drained off the drain extension may have a higher tem-
perature. Danger of burning!
– Screw the external thread of the drain extension firmly to the end connec-
tion of the drain cock.
– Place the end of the hose over a drain.
– Open drain cock.
Even when a base edge is used the water can be drained off without the use
of a collecting tank.
