The products covered by these operating instructions have been developed
taking into consideration the requirements of the market and the latest tech-

reserves the right to make modifications to the products
and to the appertaining technical documentation in so far as the modifications
are in the name of progress. The data and weights assured as binding in the
confirmation of the order as well as the description of performance and func-
tions are always decisive.
Packing and transport
®
Your HUPFER
product has been subjected to careful functional testing and
packed in a clean condition. The packaging consists of recyclable materials
and can be disposed of appropriately.
Food serving trolleys are electrically heated mobile warming bowls.
The main field of use is to keep food warm and to prepare food on food distri-
bution belts in canteen catering. Depending upon the type and size of kitchen,
appliances with 1 to 4 bowls are used.
A typical additional field of use is event catering (party and conference service)
with the use of all appliance types.
In addition the appliances are suitable for serving food directly in front of the
customer, although due to the operating and display elements on the front side
they are not ideally equipped for this purpose.
Notes:

Before the first use, the protective film should be removed from metal plates.
•
For safety reasons, the maximum water bath temperature which can be
reached is limited to 95 °C. This means that the performance of a food serv-
ing trolley is not comparable with the performance of a stationary water bath.
Read these operating instructions carefully before first putting the appliance
into operation. Ensure that sources of danger and possible faulty operations
have been pointed out to the operating staff.
