As soon as the braking time exceeds 5 seconds, have the machine checked and a new
brake pad installed.
7.4 Milling depth setting
The milling depth can be set continuously in a range between 0 and 50 mm [0 to 2.0 in].
Use the following procedure to select the milling
depth:
1.
Press and hold the pushbutton 23.
The milling depth is indicated on the
scale 2 on the cover. The area with a red
background of the dip handle 1 serves
as a pointer.
2.
Use the dip handle 1 to set the milling depth.
3.
Release the pushbutton 23.
The milling depth is set and clamped.
7.5 Milling depth lock / depth repetition stop adapter
The milling depth lock is used to maintain the selected milling depth. Once the milling depth has been defined
once, it can simply be repeated without measuring again.
Use the following procedure to activate the
milling depth lock:
1.
Set the machine to the desired milling depth.

2.
Open the clamping lever 3.
The stop bar drops down to hit the stop.
3.
Tighten the clamping lever (3).
The milling depth lock is activated.
