7 Operation
7.1 Startup
These operating instructions must be brought to the attention of all persons entrusted with the operation of the
machine, with particular emphasis on the chapter "Safety instructions".
7.2 Switching on
Use the following procedure to switch on the
machine:
1. Press the switch-on lock (5) forward to unlock.
2. With the switch-on lock depressed, press and
hold the switch actuator 7.
3. Release the switch-on lock (5).
The machine is switched on

Since the switch is not latching, the machine continues to run for ca. 3 seconds after the
switch actuator is released.
The integrated electronics ensure jerk-free acceleration when the machine is switched
on.
7.3 Switching off
Use the following procedure to switch off the
machine:
1. Release the switch actuator 7.
An "orange" signal of the warning lamp

22 tells you that the tool is still rotating.
The integrated automatic brake limits the

coasting time of the tool to approx. 3
seconds.
The switch-on lock is activated

automatically and secures the machine
against being switched on inadvertently.
The warning lamp is OFF when the tool

is stopped.
The machine is switched off.

