Unplug the generator from the outlet. If
frozen, DO NOT attempt to run the chiller
until it is completely thawed, as this may
damage the engine, control board, and/or
drive system
Make sure the power switch is turned off.
Place the chiller in a warm place for a few
hours. Then plug in the power cord and turn
on the chiller. Slowly increase the pressure
setting to see if the engine starts
If the paint cures in the chiller, the pump seals,
valves, drive train or pressure regulator may
need to be replaced. Contact an advisor.
Replace the main supply/spray valve
Dip the suction pipe into the paint, minimum
to half a bucket
Clean or replace the filter
Clean the joint, check the seal and tighten
Clean the inlet valve. Make sure the ball seat
is not nicked or worn and the ball is well
seated, Reinstall the valve.
Replace the pump seal
Clean or replace
Prime the pump
Remove debris from the filter and make sure
the suction tube is immersed in liquid
Make sure the suction tube is immersed in the
paint, minimum to half of the container
Tighten the suction tube connection.
Inspect for cracks or worn seals. In case of
breakage or damage, the suction tube must be
replaced
Clean the valve or replace with a new one
Unscrew the filter on the suction pipe. Move
your finger gently from the bottom of the
pump to unblock it. If the ball is moving and
the chiller is still not pressurizing, you can
place a full glass of water directly under the
pump without a filter.
