13. Release the trigger. Engage the trigger
lock.
The key to good painting is to cover the entire surface evenly. In the case of spray painting, this
is done by making even movements, moving your hand at a constant speed, and keeping the spray gun at
a constant distance from the surface to be painted.
As much as possible, hold the spray gun at right angles to the surface. This means that you should
move your entire arm back and forth, not just bend your wrist.
Hold the spray gun perpendicular to the surface, otherwise the paint will be applied thicker in
some areas than in others.
In most cases, the best spray distance is around (25-30cm) between the spray tip and the surface.
