The system can generate a pressure of 23 MPa (227 bar). Use WABROTECH spare parts and
accessories with a minimum rating of 23 MPa (227 bar).

When the appliance is not in use, the trigger lock must be engaged. Check that the trigger lock
is functioning properly.

Before starting the device, check that all components are securely connected.

Refer to the procedures for rapid stopping and decompression. Be sure to read the controls

HAZARD OF ALUMINIUM COMPONENTS UNDER PRESSURE
The use of fluids in pressurized equipment that are not intended to come into contact with aluminum
can cause a strong chemical reaction and lead to the device bursting. Failure to follow this warning could
result in death, serious personal injury, or property damage.

Do not use 1,1,1-trichloroethane, methylene chloride, other fluorinated hydrocarbon solvents,
or liquids containing such solvents.

Many other fluids may contain chemicals that can react with aluminum. For compliance
information, please contact your material supplier.
HAZARD OF MOVING PARTS
Moving parts can pinch, cut, or cut fingers and other parts of the body.
1. Keep out of moving parts.
2. Do not operate the equipment without protective guards and covers in place.
3. Pressurized equipment can start without warning. Before inspecting, moving, or servicing
equipment, perform a decompression procedure and disconnect all power sources.
HAZARD FROM IMPROPER USE OF THE APPLIANCE
Improper use of the equipment can lead to death or disability.
1. Always use appropriate gloves, an eye shield, and a respirator or mask when painting.
2. Do not operate the appliance or spray near children. Keep children away from the appliance.
3. Do not exceed the normal range or place the device on unstable ground. Good posture and
balance must be maintained.
4. You need to stay focused and focus on the task at hand.
5. Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is connected to the power supply or under
pressure. When the device is not in use, turn it off and perform the decompression procedure.
6. Do not operate the equipment when you are tired or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
7. Do not bend or overbend the hose.
