11. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT NOZZLE WEAR
It is important to replace the nozzle when it wears out. This ensures a precise spray pattern, maximum
efficiency and quality finish. As the tip wears out, the hole size increases and the width of the spray
pattern decreases.
As with other sprayers, the unit must be thoroughly cleaned. Otherwise, it won't work properly. Clogging
of specific parts is the most common cause of problems. Following the instructions below will ensure that
your chiller runs smoothly.
Remove the siphon tube set from the paint and place in the fabric softener.
Note: Use water for water-based paints and a specialized formulation such as GRACO's PUMP

extend its life by spraying at the lowest pressure, which breaks
down (atomizes) the coating (however, it is worth following the
recommendations of paint manufacturers)
