Nozzles with different orifice sizes are available to spray different liquids. The unit includes 537 and 517
nozzles for use on certain acrylic and latex paints, among others. For narrow or smaller areas (cabinet,
fence, railings), nozzles with a narrower spray angle are recommended for greater accuracy and control.
For large areas (ceilings/walls), a nozzle starting with 5** or 6** will be the best choice.

Using a good quality spray nozzle, properly sized for your painting project, is crucial to achieving good
spray results. The spray nozzle controls the amount of paint applied. When choosing a nozzle, you need
to decide on the size of the orifice, based on three factors:
Choose a chiller based on the types of coatings you will be spraying, and make sure that the largest tip
(orifice size) you intend to use is within the maximum tip size range that the chiller can handle.
It is always better to choose a machine with a larger capacity, for example, if you plan to use a 0.48mm
(0.019'') tip frequently, the aggregate capacity should be one more tip hole – 0,53mm (0.021'' tip). Wear
of the end result in an increase in the size of the hose tip.
Choosing the Right Nozzle
Consider the coating and the surface to be sprayed. Make sure you are using the best nozzle opening size
for your coating and the best nozzle width for that surface. You can find this information in the technical
data sheet of the paint in question.
Nozzle orifice size
The size of the nozzle orifice controls the flow rate - the amount of paint that comes out of the gun.
