1. Tighten the nozzle holder (including the
nozzle and nozzle gasket inside) onto the
7/8" thread of the gun.
2. Connect the other end of the chiller hose.
4. Check the electrical service. Make sure
the electrical outlet is properly grounded.
Longer extension cords can affect the
performance of the chiller. Use more
spray hose (up to an additional 45 meters)
rather than a longer extension cord.
Working on a poor-quality extension
cord causes damage to the control unit.
1. First, make sure the ON/OFF switch is in
the OFF position.

1. Unwrap the hose and connect one end to
a 1/4" thread gun. Use two wrenches to
make tightening secure.
3. Before each use and approximately every
2-3 hours, apply 2-3 drops of petroleum
jelly oil, which you will find in the set with
the unit, directly to the piston through the
hole above the pump. Do this every time
you use the chiller.
5. Plug in the chiller. First, make sure that
the on/off switch is set to off and the
pressure control potentiometer is turned
completely counterclockwise. Plug the
chiller into a grounded electrical outlet
that is at least 3m away from the spray
area to reduce the risk of igniting sparks,
spraying

2. When starting the generator for the first
time, the potentiometer is set to low
pressure. You should start with this by
slowly increasing to reach the value you
need.
