3. Grounding during rinsing operations
During start-up, rinsing and post-mortem cleaning activities, the spray gun should be pressed
against a metal container in order to ground the entire system of the appliance including the
hose and gun.
MAINTENANCE TIPS AND UNIT CONSTRUCTION
1. Avoid operating an airless chiller without material, as this can lead to air in the machine system
or even damage to the equipment.
2. If the seal is damaged, as indicated by a leak from the pump, or if the unit does not pressurize,
contact service to resolve the issue.
3. The chiller is equipped with a filter that must be cleaned after each use of the chiller. If the
filter is completely blocked, then the power panel and pressure sensor may be burned. In this
situation, the fuse is not able to protect the electrical board and the pressure sensor.
4. The nozzle should be replaced after 4000 - 5000 m2 depending on the abrasion of the paint.
