PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Wear appropriate protective equipment while in the work area to help prevent serious
injuries, including eye injury, hearing loss, toxic fumes, and burns.
These measures include, but are not limited to: safety goggles, breathing apparatus,
protective clothing and gloves in accordance with the recommendations of the liquid and
solvent manufacturer.
When handling power tools, be vigilant, watch what you do and use common sense. Do not
use power tools when you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
A moment of distraction while handling power tools can result in serious injury.
1. Wear safety equipment. Always wear safety goggles. Protective measures such as a dust mask,
non-slip shoes, a hard hat or ear protectors, if used properly, will limit personal injury.
2. Avoid accidental switching. Before plugging in the appliance, make sure the circuit breaker is in
the OFF position Placing your finger on the switch during handling or plugging in appliances with
the circuit breaker in the ON position increases the risk of accidents.
3. Remove the adjusting key before turning on the appliance. A wrench attached to a rotating part
of the tool may result in personal injury.
4. Do not overstretch. Adopt a stable position during operation. This ensures better control of the
power tool in case of unexpected situations.
5. Wear appropriate attire. Do not wear loose items of clothing or jewelry. Keep hair, clothing, and
gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelry or long hair can get caught in and stuck in
moving parts.
6. If dust extraction and collection instruments are supplied, make sure they are connected and
used properly. The use of these devices can reduce the risk associated with dust.
MEDICAL ALERT – Injuries caused by airless spray
If the liquid penetrates the skin, CALL AN AMBULANCE IMMEDIATELY. THIS SHOULD NOT BE
TAKEN LIGHTLY.
High-pressure fluids from the sprayer or spills have enough force to penetrate the skin and can cause
very serious injury, which can lead to amputation.
ALWAYS set the gun safety lock to the "locked" position when not in use, as well as before maintenance
or cleaning.
NEVER remove or alter any part of the gun.
ALWAYS remove the spray device NOZZLE when cleaning. Flush the appliance AT THE LOWEST
POSSIBLE PRESSURE.
