1. Turn on the power, turn the work valve
horizontally, clean the hose and gun.
3. Place the gun over the cleaning fluid
container, squeeze the gun trigger to
flush the system thoroughly
5. Lift the drain tube and transfer it to an
empty clean bucket. Replace the cleaning
fluid/water with clean water in a bucket
with a suction pipe. Repeat the procedure
with cleaning on the hose mode, but this
time direct the liquid coming out of the
gun into an empty bucket until clean
water comes out. Change the operating
mode to clean to pour liquid from a full
bucket to an empty one with a discharge
tube. If the liquid is clear, the process is
complete.
7. Turn the work valve down to open the
drain valve. Unplug the chiller.
9. For water flushing, we encourage you to
rinse again with petroleum jelly oil to

2. Increase the pressure to about half of the
maximum pressure, turn off the trigger
safety, squeeze the trigger of the gun
until flushing fluid appears.
4. Turn the work valve down to open the
circuit and allow the flushing fluid to
circulate only through the chiller to clean
the drain tube
6. Turn the work valve to paint to remove
the liquid from the hose. Turn off the
power.
8. Remove the filters from the gun and
aggregate. Clean and check, reinstall
filters.
10. If the unit will be stored for more than 14
days, after thoroughly cleaning the unit,
we recommend that you preserve the
