REMOVING SHELVES
To remove any of the shelves from the rail
compartment, move the shelf to the position where the
notches of the wooden shelf are exactly under the
plastic rack stops on both sides and then lift it up and
out.
In order to replace the shelf, repeat steps described
above in reverse. And make sure to engage the
shelves with the small pegs of the extended rails when
the model is equipped with part extension slides.
For models with full extension slides, to remove a shelf,
extend the shelf out of the rail compartment until it
stops and remove all bottles from the shelf. Press the
right slide release lever down and at the same time lift
the corresponding left slide lever up and pull the shelf
out until it is free of tracks and the cabinet.
In order to replace the shelf, align the left and right
slide channels with the tracks in the cabinet. Ensuring
an even track engagement on both sides, gently push
the shelf into the cabinet until the tabs lock into place.
NOTE: Make sure the tabs on the full extension shelf
guides are fully engaged before loading any bottles.
Pull the shelf out all the way to the STOP position and
push back in several times to make sure locking tabs
are properly engaged.
For height adjustable shelf, to remove the tracks for
sliding shelf or ledges for storage shelf, lift the
track/ledge front straight up and then pull the
track/ledge rear straight outward to release the
track/ledge hooks from the wall slots. In order to
replace the tracks/ledges, repeat this procedure in
reverse.
CAUTION:
When removing or replacing the shelf, use
caution not to scratch the sides of unit.

HUMIDITY CONTROL
The appliance is equipped with a system for
maintaining the correct level of humidity. Under
extremely dry environmental conditions, you may have
to add some water into the humidity box provided with
your wine cellar.
Fill the small plastic reservoir (humidity box) ¾ full with
water, and fit onto the runners found on the shelf of the
appliance. Check the water level regularly and refill as
necessary.
Please ensure the reservoir is positioned correctly on
the runners on the shelf to avoid the possibility of water
spillage.
For models with humidity pump, please add around
500ml steamed water into the drain trough softly when
starting to use the unit at the first time. The water can
insure the unit with correct humidity in the next around
six months. If the humidity alarm indicates low humidity
level, please add another 500ml steamed water into
the drain trough.
Too high humidity level inside the cabinet will not spoil
the stored wines but mildew and mould may appear
and labels may get unstuck.
ACTIVE CHARCOAL AIR FILTER
The active charcoal air filter (if your model supplied
with it) is located in the back of compartment. The
active charcoal filter achieves optimum air quality by
filtering the incoming air and absorbing the unwanted
odours. Replace it with a new one once a year. It can
be purchased from your dealer or from the Spare Parts
Department.
