Chain pitch
Remove the cover (27) from the
guide rail (16). Push the front hand
guard (1) forwards until it latches
into place.
Press the fuel pump "primer" (7)

Pull out the cold start (choke) lever
(8).
Hold the petrol chainsaw firmly by
the front handle (2) and pull the
start pull cord (4) out slowly until
you feel the first resistance until
the engine starts for a short time.
As soon as the engine has
stopped, actuate the throttle in-
terlock (9) and the throttle (10) to-
gether.
Now pull the start pull cord (4)
again until the
engine starts.
Draw the front hand guard (1)
back.
