ANWENDUNG DES PROGRAMMS EASYFIT
AUSWAHL DES WUCHTPROGRAMMS
Drücken Sie die Taste MODE, um in die Programmauswahlseite zu
kommen.
Diese Programme unterstützen die Funktion Easyfit:
Programm 3 - Alu 2
Programm 4 - Alu 3
Programm 9 - Pax 2
Nachdem Sie das geeignete Auswuchtprogramm ausgewählt haben,
drücken sie die Taste OK oder STOP um in die Hauptseite
zurückzukommen.
EINGABE DER RADDATEN
» Wenn Sie die Lehre für die Innenmessung aus ihrer Ruhestellung
herausnehmen, beginnt die entsprechende LED für die ausgewählte
Position zu blinken.
» Bringen Sie die Lehre in die erste für die Auswuchtung ausgewählte
Position, halten Sie diese und warten Sie auf das akustische Signal
für die Bestätigung.
» Danach bringen Sie die Lehre in die zweite für die Auswuchtung
ausgewählte Position, halten Sie diese und warten Sie auf das
akustische Signal für die Bestätigung. Die LED für die ausgewählte
Position beginnt nun zu blinken.
» Am Ende bringen Sie die Lehre wieder in ihre Ruhestellung, worauf Sie
automatisch zu der Hauptseite zurückkehren.
RADAUSWUCHTUNG
A. Ein neuer Messzyklus beginnt nach dem Absenken der Rad-
Schutzabdeckung bzw. dem Drücken der START-Taste.
B. Nach Feststellung der Messdaten wird das Rad automatisch bis zum
Stillstand gebremst.
C. Die Größe und die Position der Unwuchten auf beiden Seiten des
Rades werden durch einen einzigen Messdurchgang ermittelt und sind
separat auf den Anzeigen abzulesen.
D. Die Pfeile zeigen in die Richtung, in die das Rad gedreht werden muss,
damit die richtige Auswuchtstellung positioniert wird (separate Anzeige
für jede Radseite).
E. Drehen Sie das Rad von Hand bis die der Unwuchtstelle entsprechende
LED aufleuchtet und treten Sie auf das Bremspedal (3 Abb. 1); das
akustische Signal zeigt das Erreichen der korrekten Position an, sofern
es aktiviert ist.
F. Wählen Sie ein Haftgewicht mit dem benötigten Wert und entfernen Sie
die Schutzfolie. Stecken Sie es mit dem Haftteil nach oben in den dafür
vorgesehenen Sitz auf dem Messschieber. Ziehen Sie den Schieber
vorsichtig heraus bis Sie den Signalton für die Bestätigung hören und
bringen Sie das Gewicht an. In dieser Phase leuchtet am Bedienpaneel
jeweils die LED der anvisierten Wuchtebene. Die Displays zeigen die
Position des Messschiebers gegenüber der ausgewählten Wuchtebene.
Ist die korrekte Auswuchtstellung erreicht, zeigen die Displays ein
anderes Symbol, das folgendem Zustand entspricht:

Das Rad befindet sich in der korrekten Winkelstellung für die
Auswuchtung.
-
Der Messschieber befindet sich auf der entsprechenden
Wuchtebene.
Der Signalton bestätigt zusätzlich die korrekte Position.
ANMERKUNG: Man hört keinen Signalton für die Bestätigung, wenn:
-
Sich der Messschieber zu nahe an der anderen Wuchtebene
befindet.
-
Das Rad sich nicht in der korrekten Position befindet.
G: Die Schritte E und F für die andere Auswuchteben wiederholen.
Anmerkung: Bei Aktivierung des Programms Gewichtetrennung müssen
die Schritte E und F für beide Gewichte wiederholt werden, die in der
äußeren Wuchtebene, also hinter den Speichen, anzubringen sind.
Um neue Messwerte zu erhalten, drücken Sie die Taste mm/inch und
wiederholen den Start.

USING THE EASY ALUDATA PROGRAM *

SELECTING BALANCING PROGRAM
Pressing the MODE button opens the program selection page.
The ALUDATA programs are:

4. ALU 3
9. Pax 2
Select the ALUDATA mode balancing program.
When the most suitable balancing program has been selected, press the
OK or STOP button to return to the main page.
SETTING WHEEL DATA
» When the inside gauge is extracted from its idle position the LED for
the selected position starts flashing on the control panel.
» Locate the gauge at the first position selected for balancing, remain
still and wait for the confirmation "beep".
» Afterwards place the gauge in the second position selected for calibra-
tion (without moving the gauge back to its rest position), stand still and
wait for the confirmation "beep". The led corresponding to the second
selected position will flash on the panel.
» Finally, moving the gauge back to the neutral position returns automati-
cally to the main page.
WHEEL BALANCING
A. Close the guard cover and press the START button to begin a measur-
ing cycle.
B. When the readings have been established the wheel is automatically
braked until it stops.
C. The scale and position of imbalance on the two sides of the wheel are
established in a single measuring cycle and are shown separately on
the displays.
D. The arrows indicate the direction the wheel must be turned for the
positioning at the point of imbalance (separate indications for the two
sides of the wheel).
E. Turn the wheel by hand until the LED corresponding to the imbalance
point lights up, and press the brake pedal (3 fig.1). The sound signal,
if enabled, indicates when the correct position is reached.
F. Insert the required adhesive weight for balancing into the seat in the
measuring feeler with the adhesive part facing up (fig.23), after remov-
ing the protective film. Extract the feeler towards the imbalance posi-
tion and wait for the confirmation "beep". Now rotate the gauge to bring
the feeler into contact with the rim and apply the weight.
During this stage the LED relative to the selected position for the ap-
plication of the weight will flash on the panel and the display shows
the position of the probe in relation to the selected balancing planes.
When the correct balancing position is reached the displays show a
symbol corresponding to the conditions:

The wheel is in the correct angular position for balancing.
-
The probe is positioned on the corresponding balancing plane.
The correct position is confirmed with a "beep" and the weight can be
applied.
NOTE. No confirmation "beep" is heard when:
-
The rod is moved too little from the position of the last fixing
operation.
-
The wheel is not in position.
G. Repeat operations E and F for the opposite side.
Note: in the WEIGHT SEPARATION program, the E and F operations must
be repeated for both weights to be fitted on the outside in the correct
positions behind the spokes.
To take new readings press the mm/inch button and repeat the measur-
ing cycle.
