Checking/cleaning the flushing nozzles
Dismantle and clean the flushing nozzles if the tank is
cleaned insufficiently or unevenly.
Use the open-ended spanner (13 mm) to undo the pipe
clamp.
Unscrew the screws of the discharge side piping. Lift up
the piping so that the flushing nozzles are visible.
Check whether the nozzle openings are blocked.
If necessary, unscrew the 6 screws to dismantle the
flushing nozzle and clean it inside.
Re-assemble the components in the reverse order,
observing the tightening torque for the 6 screws on the
flushing nozzle (M = 4 Nm).

Action(s)
Switch off and wait until the pump has
cooled down then try again.
Remove blockage / service the pump
(heed the safety instructions).
Check the voltage for phase failure.
Remove blockage / service the pump
(heed the safety instructions).
Connect rotary field correctly. Make sure
that the counter-clockwise function is
not activated (only on systems with cor-
responding control unit).
Remove blockage / service the pump
(heed the safety instructions).
Remedial measures
Check firm fit and seals, repair if necessary.
Retrofit on-site.
Eliminate leak.
Create ventilation options, forced ventila-
tion.
