Using Zest as a wake-up light
to position Zest
•
Remove the stand from the recess at the back of Zest.
•
Attach it to the base so the product stands upright.
•
Position it near the head of your bed.
The ideal place is on a bedside table, at arm's length, near a power socket.

When you're ready to go to sleep you need to explicitly activate the wake-up
light for the following morning.
