If you feel the need for additional light therapy at any time you can turn on
the light for as long as you want. This feature is also available in wake-up light
mode.

Hold down ▲ to set the light level you want.
•
Hold down ▼ to turn the light off.
Note: If you leave the light on it will automatically turn off after 90 minutes.
