Here's how to set up your Zest for the first time.

Connect the mains power adaptor to the socket on the side of the unit.
•
Plug in the unit and switch on at the mains.
You will then be prompted to enter the essential settings:

You're now ready to use Zest as a wake-up light or as a SAD and energy light.
