Professional exclusive distributor, it is essential to carry out checks
and maintenance every 6 months in order to ensure the longevity
of your appliance. Make enquiries with your EuroCave Professional
stockist to have preventative maintenance carried out on your
appliance.

Any work on the refrigerating unit must be carried out by
a qualified refrigerationist, who must perform leak tests
on the circuit before restarting. In the same way, any work
carried out on the electrical system must be carried out by a
qualified electrician.

Open the nitrogen cylinder if it is closed.

What should I do if I forget my password?
Call your distributor to get your password reset.
Can I flush fit the product?
Yes, provided that you observe the flush-fitting conditions.

Which nitrogen cylinder should I buy?
In France, the model is Aligal 1, containing 0.9 m
Outside of France, ask your stockist.
The cylinder must meet the following specifications:
200 bars / 100% food-quality nitrogen
Connection according to country (see page 9)
Where can I purchase more nitrogen?
In France, contact your nearest Air Liquide or Linde distributor.
Abroad, contact your stockist.
Are there any equivalents to Aligal?
Look for 100% food-quality nitrogen.
Check that the appliance's doors are shut correctly and that the door seals are
pressed firmly against the appliance.
The warning message will disappear once the temperature setting has been
reached.
If the problem continues, contact customer service.
If you currently have a contract (in France), customer service will contact you to
arrange maintenance of your appliance.
At the end of the contract, contact customer service to continue maintenance.
