5. INSTALLING THE GLASS HOLDER
The glass holders allow you to serve several glasses at the same
time (up to 4 glasses).
There are 2 glass holders supplied with the product: 1 per door.
Fitting the glass holders is optional.
The glass holders are in 2 parts: a metal part to be fastened to the
product and a transparent part to be fitted to the metal part.
To install the metal part of the glass holder:
•
Using a 4mm Allen key (supplied), slightly unscrew without
dismantling (only perform one turn) the 2 screws located on the
top of each door (2)
•
Insert the metal part of the glass holder into the slot (3)
•
Screw the 2 screws back on (4)
To fasten the transparent part:
Simply install the outside part of the door (2) first, then inside (3) (see
diagram below), and lower (4).
It is possible to choose the height of the transparent part according to
the type of glasses used.
Position your glasses as close as possible to the wine dispensing tap
to optimise the quality of the wine served.
6. DESCRIPTION OF THE SCREEN AND MENUS
ACTIONS POSSIBLE FROM THE WELCOME SCREEN
By default, the screen places itself on
standby after 30 seconds of inactivity.
To leave standby mode, touch the screen's
surface.
To lock / unlock
Your "Manager" or "Waiter" password will be
requested.
• The picture of the key is red: Vin au Verre 8.0
is locked, no service is possible.
• The picture of the key is green: Vin au Verre
8.0 is in operation
To switch on/off the lights of the entire product
(wine dispensing taps and compartments)
Shortcut to Daily Cleaning Menu. This indicator
light will flash to remind you to carry out cleaning
Shortcut to Bottle Replacement Menu for
replacing a bottle with one of the same label
Access to the Settings Menu.
Your "Manager" password will be requested

your cash desk. To do so, contact the appliance's

Return to factory settings: all your settings will
be deleted, the appliance is reset
To set:
• Language
• Unit of volume (centilitre, ounce)
• Currency
• Unit of temperature (Degree Celsius,
Fahrenheit)
Changing to "Self-Service" mode with external
card reader. For this appliance configuration,
contact the appliance's stockist.
To carry out daily or monthly cleaning of your
equipment.
Calibration for first use of the appliance.
This process can also be repeated if the appliance
is moved or if there is a measuring accuracy fault.

served per label for a given period
