1. DAILY CLEANING
The Help indicator light flashes to remind you to carry out daily cleaning of your equipment. After 7 days of delay (this setting can be changed), your
equipment will no longer allow wine service in order to prevent oxidised wine in the circuit mixing with the wine served and altering its taste.

If you lose the cleaning bottle, use a recipient with a volume of 200 ml (a glass of water for example)
A recipient with a volume greater than 500 ml could cause the rinsing water to overflow from the drip tray.
When the drip tray is in the upper position, check the condition of the condensate collection drip trays located underneath the product. If you notice any
water, pull the 2 trays towards you and clean with a sponge.
2. MONTHLY CLEANING
It is important to carry out regular maintenance of your appliance. We
recommend monthly maintenance on the following elements:
Using a damp sponge, clean the different elements (1,2,3). The grids
can go in the dishwasher (4).

Dismantle the bottle connector socket guide by unscrewing it in an
anti-clockwise direction (1,2).
Clean the seal with a soft, damp cloth (3).
Reposition the bottle connector socket by repeating the process in the
reverse order (4,5).

When it is finished, empty the tray into a sink, return the tube to
its original location and return the drip tray to the low position.
4/ Complete cleaning of the circuit
Remove the wine bottles.

Place a wine bottle filled with warm water (45°C) in one of the bottle
holders.

Press one of the three buttons to empty the bottle completely. Maintain
pressure on the button for a few seconds to dry the circuit.

Repeat the process on the 8 wine dispensing taps.

5/ Cleaning the outside of the appliance
Clean using a soft, damp cloth.

6/ Cleaning the 2 condensate collection drip trays
Remove the drip tray and check the condition of the condensate
collection drip trays located underneath the product. Clean with a

sponge or remove the trays to clean them.

N.B. As part of normal operation and depending on weather conditions
(temperature/humidity), your equipment, by producing cold, may
produce natural condensation. This condensation residue is collected

by the trays located underneath your equipment. Remember to empty
these trays when carrying out monthly cleaning of your equipment.

7/ Cleaning the screen

Use a glass-cleaning product and a soft cloth. Spray the product onto
the cloth and clean the screen using the cloth.

Never spray the product directly onto the screen.
Dry the screen.

Important: the appliance may display a "cleaning detected" message
on the screen. Continue cleaning by drying the screen thoroughly.
Once the screen is clean and dry, the main screen will return after
30 seconds.
