Using the appliance in a way that does not comply with the operating
instructions may damage it.

Only use the appliance for its intended purpose, as described in

this guide. Never unplug the appliance by pulling the power lead.
Firmly grasp the plug and pull it towards you in a straight line to

remove.

Unplug your appliance if not using it for a long time.

Do not use a split power lead or one with signs of wear along its
length.

Immediately replace damaged leads (contact your EuroCave

Professional stockist).

Do not allow the appliance within reach of children, unless

supervised.

Only use the power lead supplied with the appliance, only connect

it to an earthed wall socket.

Your appliance is only intended to be used indoors: Recommended
ambient operating temperature 10 °C - 35 °C.

If you think the appliance, plug or lead are damaged or are not
operating correctly, contact your EuroCave Professional stockist.

Do not place the appliance, power lead or plug in water or any

other liquid. Never fill the appliance with water or any other liquid.

Do not allow the power lead to hang so that it is within reach of

children, over a square edge or close to a source of heat.

Do not place the appliance on a hot surface such as a hotplate, do

not use close to a source of heat (radiator, open flame, window...).

Place the appliance on a flat, stable, non-flammable surface, at a
suitable distance from sinks and taps, to prevent water or other

liquids from splashing on the appliance.
•
This surface must be strong enough to withstand 120 kg

(equipment + the weight of the bottles in use and spare bottles)

2. POWER SUPPLY

The appliance's power lead has a plug to be plugged into a standard
socket, earthed to prevent any risk of electric shock.

Have the mains socket checked by a qualified electrician who will

tell you whether or not it is correctly earthed, and who will carry
out, if necessary, work to make it compliant.

Do not plug your appliance into a multi-socket adaptor.
•
Ensure that the socket is accessible for unplugging the appliance.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
& POWER SUPPLY
•
This appliance is not designed to be used by people (including
children) with reduced mental, sensory or physical abilities
or people lacking experience and knowledge, unless they are
supervised or instructed on how to use the appliance by somebody
responsible for their safety. Children must be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
•
Never damage your appliance's refrigerating circuit
•
Do not store explosive substances such as aerosols containing
flammable propellant gas inside the equipment
•
The equipment must only be installed in a place where it is used
and maintained exclusively by trained, qualified people
•
The service area of the equipment must only be authorised for
staff with knowledge of how to use the equipment and practical
experience, especially with regard to health and safety
•
Do not use mechanical devices or any other method to speed up
the defrosting process, other than those recommended by the
manufacturer.
For your personal safety, the appliance must be correctly
earthed. Ensure that the socket is correctly earthed and that
your installation is protected by a circuit breaker (30 mA*).
*not applicable to some countries.
Replacement of LEDs must only be carried out by a qualified
electrician.
•
Contact your usual EuroCave Professional stockist to replace
the power lead if it is damaged. It must be replaced by a genuine
EuroCave part and the work must be carried out by a qualified
electrician.
•
If you are moving to a foreign country, check that the appliance's
characteristics correspond to the country (voltage, frequency).
