WELCOME TO THE WORLD
OF EUROCAVE
EuroCave, creator of the wine cabinet, offers premium solutions for storing and serving wine by the glass which
respect the wine producer's intentions and enable faithful communication of these same intentions to demanding and
discerning consumers.
The key to successful wine tasting
Serve the wine at a suitable temperature
To fully develop all of their flavours, wines must be served at the correct temperature. When wine is served at a
temperature which is too high, the alcohol is too pronounced. On the other hand, a temperature which is too low will
numb the flavours and prevent them from fully revealing themselves.
The correct temperature for serving white/rosé wine is 6°C - 10°C. For red wine, it is 14°C - 18°C.
Protect wine from oxidation when the bottle is open
Wine breathes, it is made up of living elements which evolve. Upon contact with oxygen in the air, wine oxidises very
quickly. It is necessary to prevent wine from coming into contact with oxygen to preserve its tasting qualities.
