Preparation
• Dissolve the sugar in the milk and heat over
low heat and turn off before it boils.
• In a bowl, mix the condensed milk with the
cocoa, mix well and add a pinch of salt.
• Fold in the condensed milk using a spatula.
• Place the bowl in the fridge until the mixture
cools.

- Cream
- Strawberries (pulp)

Preparation

caramelizing.
• Let cool.
• Squeeze and pour the lemon and orange
juice into a bowl, preferably made of steel.
• Add the cooled syrup, mixing well.
• Place the bowl in the fridge until the mixture
cools.
