Troubleshooting the tractor
Excessive mower deck vibration.
1. Blade mounting capscrews are loose.
2. Mower blades, arbors or pulleys are bent.
3. Mower blades out of balance.
4. Mower blades not timed.
5. PTO clutch out of adjustment.
Excessive belt wear or breakage.
1. Bent or rough pulleys.
2. Using incorrect belt.
3. PTO clutch out of adjustment.
Mower drive belt slips or fails to drive.
1. Idler pulley or arbor bearing seized.
2. Mower drive belt broken.
3. PTO clutch out of adjustment.

1. Tighten to 61-75 N.m (45-55 ft. lbs.).
2. Check and replace as necessary.
