Adjustment and functionalities
Function Description of the function
UNIT • To select the temperature unit.
The units available are: °C and °F.
OUT • To select:
- the commutation mode for the transistor or relay output (Hysteresis or Window, see chapter 9.7.1) ;
- the inverted or non-inverted mode (see chapter 9.7.1).
• To set:
- the high (
input is not used);
- the time delay before commutation in seconds (
FILT • To select the filter level for the temperature displayed.
Filter level 0 means that all temperature variations are displayed.
Filter level 9 means that temperature variations are attenuated to the maximum.
BRGR
• To input the minimum (
T° • To adjust the temperature in relation to your process.
EXT • To deactivate or set the parameters of the expansion board in 8400 transmitters if the board is activated:
- set the corresponding temperature to a 4 mA input current
- set the corresponding temperature to a 20 mA input current
- set the difference (

- set the corresponding temperature to a 20 mA output current
