4.4 TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The tool works for a
shorter time than expected,
even if the battery pack is
fully charged.
A bolt is not tightened up
enough.
The tightening torque is
low, even if the battery
pack is fully charged.
A bolt is tightened too
much.
Torque control does not
function.
(The tool does not stop
automatically.)

The settings of the torque
control function do not suit

The load in the middle of
tightening is higher than [Shut-
Off Torque].
The performance has
deteriorated because of wear in
the hammer (the end of its life).

identical bolt twice.
The trigger switch is not pulled
all the way in during use.

Replace the battery pack with a
new one.
Check whether the settings of
[Shut-Off Torque] and [Offset]
suit work.

Try the [Snug Torque
