6. Remove cover plates from the divertor valves
(fig. 69) and completely clean off all dirt
accumulations from the valve body (A). Oil the
cable pivot assembly (B) and all exposed parts
of the valve spool and replace covers.
7. Wipe over the piston rods of the rams and
lightly coat with grease to prevent rusting.
