OIL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT

Hydraulic circuit tank capacity: 25 litres.
Generally speaking, use HV type oil with a viscosity of 46 cSt at 40°C in temperate climates.
In countries where there is a risk the temperature will descend below -10°C and where the machine will be used, oils with a lower viscosity (32 cSt) or
oils for severe cold must be used.
In cold countries, it is recommended the machine is left idling in order for it to warm up, as is the case for the tractor.

The problems described in the following table may be encountered when starting or using the mower. The table is intended to analyse simple problems
that can be easily resolved.
CAUTION: All tests must be carried out with the grassbox empty and the turbine in a clean condition.
Breakdown
Pump suction problem.
No
pressure

the
circuit, but the pump
flow is correct.
The
machine
overheats.
Oil leak at the motor
shaft seal.
The quick connection
couplers are hard.

Probable causes
Air intake.
Suction hose bent or clogged-up.
Pump worn or damaged.
The
hydraulic
block's
pressure
incorrectly adjusted.
The solenoid valve fitted to the block is stuck in
the operating position, but the turbine is not
fitted.
The exchanger is not operational.
The motor drain hose is incorrectly connected or
not connected.
There is no pressure in the circuit.

Check coupling and hose tightening.
Check the suction hose. No bend or leak
allowed.
Check the condition of the pump, replace it if
necessary.

Measure the pressure at the inlet to the block
(measurement to be taken with couplers
disconnected

engaged).
Check the solenoid valve changes position
correctly.
Check the condition of the wiring harness.
Check the electrical connection (fuse, supply).
Check the wiring harness by shunting the
2 lugs of the temperature probe.
Check the temperature probe.
Check the motor drain connection.
Decompress the circuit via the pressure tap.
