Turn off

LANCE AND SPRAY GUN

Stop the machine completely (put the key switch on OFF). Close the water
supply. Uncouple the lance and put it away. Roll up the high and low pressure
hoses and check on damages.

MACHINE

Clean when necessary the water filter. Clean the machine with a cloth.

WATER OUTLET

Clean to own need the water supply.

PUT AWAY MACHINE

See that the machine is stored frost-proof. Put the guide/keys away within hand
range.
ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE DISPOSAL OF USED FLUIDS
No fluids (anti-scale product, oil, petrol, diesel, softener, ...) may be disposed
randomly because of the environment! So make sure, if you are user, that the
applicable local guidelines for environmentally friendly disposal of these fluids
(without soil pollution) are complied.

TRANSPORT

Please consider the following when transporting the machine: The machine is
built on a robust frame, so this can be placed stable. So, you prevent fuel leaks
or oil leaks (from the pump). The frame is provided with a lifting surface on the
bottom to replace the machine. Load the machine using a lift truck, hydraulic
loading platform or a hoist. Take sufficient into account the declared weight of
the machine, where the lifting materials must be satisfied. Lash the machines
(if necessary) fixed on the loading platform ( e.g. - by means of belts). Common
sense and necessary safety measures while loading, unloading and transport
are indispensable.

STOP SPRAYING ACTIVITIES

Short break
Briefly stop the spraying operations can happen by releasing the lever of the
spray gun. When resuming the spraying activities, press the lever back.
Long break and/or switching off machine
At longer break (> 10 minutes) or when you leave the spray area you need
to switch off the machine completely. Proceed as follows: The temperature
regulating knob must be placed in the lowest position at hot water cleaning with
burner. Rince during 1 minute. Next, switch off the burner completely.
Let the machine run at idle speed and once again rince again for 1 minute with
pure cold water. This to cool down the burner sufficiently. Before switching
off the motor, let it run without any charge for a few minutes (at steady speed,
without spraying) in order to cool down the engine. Then switch off the machine
completely. Close the water supply. Operate the lever in the spray gun (release
residual pressure). Remove the keys from the contact.

STORAGE AT FROST TEMPERATURES

Add antifreeze to the water in the water supply tank, so the machine can suck
in this liquid. Take the lance from the gun and operate the machine. Spray until
there comes anti-frost out of the gun. The machine is now filled with anti-frost,
stop the machine. Antifreeze is an additive which may absolutely not been
drained/discharged without permission. You have to collect the antifreeze water
(which will be sprayed out) in a reservoir. This is also the case when you reuse
the machine again, the antifreeze water which has been left in the machine will
then flow out. Always observe the relevant safety instructions of the antifreeze
product.
Tip: the drained antifreeze water can be used again when collected.
