Filling the fuel tank
The cleaner will be delivered with empty fuel tank, fill the tank with the right
fuel before the first use. Avoid mess of fuel, certainly on warm machine parts.
Respect the fill capacity of the fuel tank. Fill the tank with gasoline/petrol. Use
clean, fresh, unleaded gasoline. A minimum of 87 octane/87 AKI or higher -
RON: min. 90. Gasoline with up to 10% ethanol (gasohol) - 90% lead-free is
acceptable (E0-10).
Pay attention: fuel can become stale when stored over 30
days. Do not mix oil in gasoline or modify the engine to
run on alternate fuels.Fill the tank of the diesel unit with
light fuel oil or diesel oil (DIN 51 603).Don't use unsuitable
fuel! See technical data for tank volume and fuel type.
At temperatures under 8°C the fuel starts coagulate (paraffin
dissidence). As a result, difficulties can arise at starting the diesel
engine and/or burner. DiBO advise to add an coagulation point - or
flow improvement during the cold period (winter months) to the fuel.
As an alternative "winter diesel" can be refuelled in a filling station.
Components
GENERAL
Irrespective of the type of high pressure cleaner the cleaner exists from a range
of characteristic machine components which are described below. Thus each
cleaner have its own maximum pressure and maximum flow. These you can
retrieve in the technical data of the machine.
