9. Commissioning

a) Remove Car Body
The car body is attached to the car with 2 clips. Pull them out and take off the car body upwards carefully.
b) Installing the Receiver Aerial Cable
Guide the aerial cable through the enclosed aerial tube
(A) and plug it into the respective holder (B) at the top of
the vehicle.
For a wide range, the aerial needs to protrude from the
vehicle as vertically as possible.
Ensure that the aerial cable is not damaged.
Never shorten the aerial cable! Never coil the aerial cable!
This greatly reduces the range.
c) Inserting Batteries/Rechargeable Batteries into the Transmitter
Open the transmitter's battery compartment and insert either fresh batteries or fully charged rechargeable batteries.
Observe correct polarity (plus/+ and minus/-), see label on the battery compartment of the transmitter. Close the
battery compartment again.
Observe the enclosed operating instructions for the remote control system.
d) Taking the Transmitter into Operation
Switch on the transmitter and put the trimming for steering and driving functions into the centre positions.
