4.3.2 Attaching the YDK04MS to the Balance
Prerequisites
A Cubis laboratory balance with a readability of 1 mg .

Procedure
Remove the weighing pan (1) from the balance .

Insert the frame into the weighing chamber . The

wedge-shaped opening at the top of the frame
must face in the direction from which the sample
holder (sieve/glass plummet) will be placed into the
frame .
Place the bridge which will hold the beaker
t
through the frame on the balance .
