Troubleshooting
Fault
1- The vacuum suddenly stops
2- The efficiency of the vacu-
um has dropped
3- Fluid spills from the ex-
hauster silencer
4- The vacuum blows instead
of exhausting
5- Electrostatic current on the
vacuum
Causes
1- Thermic protection tripped
(red warning light)
2- Gauze filter clogged
2- Clogged suction pipe
3- The level gauge is blocked
3- The level gauge is faulty
4- Incorrect connection to the
electricity main
5- Non existent or inefficient
earthing

Remedies
1- Check the setting of the
thermic protector.
Check the motor power
draw. Contact an author-
ized after-sales center if
necessary
1- Reset the thermic protec-
tor
2- Clean the netting basket
by blowing or washing
2- Check the suction pipe
and clean it
3- Demount and clean
3- Use the replace inverter
4- Modify the phase inverter
(Mod. 440 E - 675 E).
Invert two of the phase
wires in the plug (see
sect. 5.4)
5- Check all earth con-
nections. Particularly
check the suction inlet
fitting. Lastly, the pipe
must be strictly antistatic
