4.3 Setting times

Time is displayed by turning knob to
hours-minutes.
When "Inf" appears on the display the oven
works until it the operator stops it manually.
The time parameter excludes use of the core
probe.

The core temperature appears on the display
and is set using
When the core temperature is set automatically
the time is zeroed, because when the set time
is reached that cooking step is over and it
moves on to the next step (if entered).

4.9 Setting language – date/time
1) To enter chosen language:
- Press and together till "set clock"
appears
- Press till "set language" appears
- Press and "Italian" will appear on the
display to the top of the time Turn the

5. Cooking systems

5.1 "Manual" cooking

Premise: manual cooking has only one stage.
If you want to use several cooking stages you
have to enter a program (see chapter 5.2 - 5.3)
To enter the manual function press P/M
and "Manu" appears on the display; then enter
the cooking data:
- Cooking time: turning the display
shows you hours-minutes
- Cooking temperature: turning the
desired time is displayed
- Motor speed: pressing you can set 6
different steps
- Steam percentage / fl ue gas outlet opening-
closing times: turning displays steam
STEAM
percentage (0 / +10), or fl ue gas outlet
opening/closing time (0 / -10)
- Meat probe temperature: turning
displays the desired core temperature (make
sure time and core temperature switches are
both exclusive)
ON
- Oven on: press START/STOP

5.2 Cooking with preset programs

The oven has 16 preset programs
(see table "c").
To call up the desired program:
- enter program mode by pressing P/M
until "P01" appears
- choose the program number by pressing
/ +

- press START/STOP
