Introduction
Dear customer, we would like to thank you
and congratulate you on the purchase of this
convention oven and we trust this will be the
beginning of a long and lasting relationship.
1. Preliminary remarks
All the operations of installation, assembly,
service and assistance must be carried out by
qualifi ed personnel according to current laws
and regulations.
Please read carefully the instruction manual
before the installation and commissioning of the
appliance.
This manual is an integral part of the appliance.
It must be kept in its entirety and in an
accesible place for the whole working life of
the oven.
This appliance is intended for professional uses
and conforms to current regulations in force.
This appliance is intended to be used only for
baking purposes. All other uses are considered
improper. The manufacturer declines all
responsability for improper use.
Separate the various waste materials and take
them to the nearest special garbage collection
centre.
The appliance must be connected to the
mains power supply according to the methods
required by safety rules.
Before using the appliance for the fi rst time
ensure that inside the cooking chamber there
are no instruction manuals, plastic bags or any
other objects..
Before using the appliance, all the labels and
protective fi lms applied inside or outside must
be removed.

The plug to be connected to the power cable
and the socket must be the same type and
must be conform to current regulations. Never
unplug by pulling on the cable.
Do not obstruct ventilation openings and heat
dispersal slits.
If the oven doesn't work, disconnect it from the
supply and call the nearest technical assistance
centre. Never try to repair the appliance.
Always check that the control knobs are in the
off position when you fi nish using the oven.
Never put infl ammable objects in the oven: they
could be accidentally lighted and cause fi res.
The appliance is intended for professional use
and must by used only by qualifi ed personnel.
In the case of cooking food with a very high fat
content, place a container on the bottom of the
cooking chamber to collect the fats.
Care must be taken to avoid accidents when
removing a tray containing hot liquids.
If the tray contains hot liquids, place it inside
the oven, at a level that allows the operator to
monitor it.
Pay particular attention while moving containers
of hot food during and after the cooking: the
temperature can be very high and cause burns.
Open the door of the oven slowly to avoid burns
from the hot steam.
Use the oven at a room temperature between
+5 °C and + 35 °C.
This appliance is marked according to
the european directive 2002/96/EC on
waste electrical and electronic
equipment (weee).
This guidelines is the frame of a european-
wide validity of return and recycling on waste
electrical and electronic equipment.
The manufacturer declines all responsability
for damage to persons or things caused by
non-observance of the above prescriptions
or by interference with any part of the
appliance or by the use of non-original
spares.
Before placing the appliance, please verify the
overall dimensions and the exact position of
the electrical and water connections and of
the fumes exhaust and check informations on
"technical plate" (picture 13)
2.1 Installation place
The oven must only be installed in adequately
ventilated premises
2.2 positioning the oven
Unpack the appliance and remove the
protective fi lm from the external panels.
Use a suitable solvent to remove any glue
residue left on the panels.
The appliance is not suitable for built-in
installation.
The oven must be located in a plane surface.
The height of the work surface can be adjusted
using the adjustable feet.
- the surface, adjacent furniture and all
materials used during installation must be
designed to resist a temperature of 150 °C,
without being damaged.
- adjacent furniture must leave space enough
for electrical connections.
2.3 Electrical connection
! Important:
- the connection to the main electricity supply
must be performed by qualifi ed personnel in
accordance with current regulations.
- the connection must be performed in
accordance with the european regulations in
force.
