Preliminary settings

How to open the oven door.

Touch the
The oven door opens a few centimetres to allow the steam to escape in complete safety. Door
opening will be signalled by a beep. The door will be fully released after 2 seconds.

How to turn the oven on or off

Touch the ON/OFF sensor key with a finger.
The green indicator light
00:00 will appear on the display (Zone A)
NOTE. THE OVEN TURNS OFF AUTOMATICALLY AFTER 60 minutes OF INACTIVITY.

Preliminary operations for setting the cooking parameters

Foreword:
A timed cooking operation excludes the core probe cooking mode by mutual exclusion, and vice versa.
( " - - ") is displayed when the function is not active)
The core probe can be connected to the oven before cooking is started.

AUTOMATIC MODE (set-time cooking)
• Press key
• Continue pressing the key until you reach the required value.
• Settable value; 00:01 – 15: 59 hours : minutes
