5.3 Editing individual Values of an Incubation from the
"Main" Menu
While the incubation is running, changes can be made
to individual values (temperature, speed) or states
(working light, photo illumination, cooling) at any
time.
A running incubation process does not have to be
stopped beforehand in order to do so.
Entering "0" rpm does not completely stop the shaker!
Motor will run at approx. 5% of max. speed.
The changing of values and states is carried out as
described in chapter 5.2.1 to 5.2.5
5.4

Ending an incubation from the "Main" menu

In order to end an incubation from the "Main" menu,
proceed as follows.

5.4.1 Switching off the heating

• Press the "TEMP" key.
− The input menu of the temperature controller
appears.
• Set the "Mode" to "off" and confirm with "ok".

5.4.2 Switching off the Shaker (Speed 0 rpm)

• Press the "SHAKER" key.
− The input menu of the speed controller appears.
• Set the "Mode" to "off" and confirm with "ok".

5.4.3 Switching the Working Light, Photo Illumination

and Cooling on or off

The switching states of the working light, photo
illumination and cooling are changed as described in
chapter 5.2.3 to 5.2.5

The heating is switched off.
The "TEMP" key shows the grey
underline for operating mode
"off". The entered temperature
(37 °C) remains stored.
The shaker drive is switched off.
The "SHAKER" key shows the
grey underline for operating
mode "off".
