Example of Creating a Program
•
A total of 20 different programs can be stored in the
device. Each program consists in turn of a "Pre-step"
and four further steps that are worked through one
after the other. For each step the values for cooling,
photo illumination (ILLUM), speed and temperature
can be set independently of one another. Each step
has a defined running time.
•
If only one or two steps are required, the remaining
steps can be defined with a running time of 00:00 so
that the program stops directly afterwards. A repeat
function for endless loops is provided.
•
The "Pre-step" can only be switched on or off
(no running time). It defines the conditions (cooling,
photo illumination (ILLUM), speed and temperature)
from pressing the [Start] key until the program begins
(Step 1).
•
If "Pre-step" is switched off, cooling, photo
illumination (ILLUM), speed and temperature are
switched off until the program begins.
•
The main application area for the "Pre-step" is in the
scheduled timely provision of cultures, e.g. after a
weekend or the following morning.
Advantages:
•
A program only has to be defined once with running
times and it can be started any time later. The running
times of the program always remain the same, only the
duration of the "Pre-step" varies.
•
Comfortable starting of night or weekend programs
through the day or before the weekend.
•
Conditions are reproducible before the start of the
program because these are held by the device
according to the settings in the "Pre-step".
•
Automatic program start without the presence of
personnel.
