6.2. Description of the various peripherals

6.2.1. Photoelectric cells - Fig. 17
Carry out the following operations:
NB
The order of these operations must be complied with.
1) Remove the bridge between terminals 17 and 18.
2) Connect the cells
Fig. 17A - without auto-test
Fig. 17B - BUS
Fig. 17C - with auto-test
Allows an automatic test to be carried out to check the operation of the
photoelectric cells each time the door moves.
3) Program parameter P4.
without auto-test: "P4" = 1
BUS: "P4" = 2
with auto-test: "P4" = 3
Warning
It is compulsory to install photoelectric cells WITH AUTO-TEST P4
= 3 if:
• remote control of the mechanism is used when the door is not
visible,
• automatic closing is activated ("P0" = 2 or 3).
4) In the case of BUS cells, perform drive auto-programming again.

6.2.4. Videophone - Fig. 20
6.2.5. Antenna - Fig. 21
Connect the antenna cable to terminals 20 (core) and 19 (braid).
6.2.6. Safety edge - Fig. 22
NB
The auto-test is mandatory for the connection of any active safety
edge to ensure that the installation is compliant with the standards
in force.
Safety edge active with auto-test, ref. 9019611: program parameter
"Px" = 2.
Allows an automatic test to be carried out to check the operation of the
safety edge each time the gate moves.
6.2.7. 9.6 V battery - Fig. 23
Degraded operation: speed reduced and constant (no slowing at end limit),
24 V accessories inactive (including cells).
Battery life: 3 cycles/24 hrs
6.2.8. Area lighting - Fig. 24
For class I lighting, connect the earth wire to the earth terminal on the
base.
NB
The earth wire must always be longer than the live and neutral
wires in case of detachment.
The lighting output must be protected by a 5 A time-delay fuse (not
supplied).
Lighting output power:
• either 5 fluocompact or LED lights
• or 2 power supplies for low-voltage LEDs
• or 1 halogen light, max. 500 W
