MACHINE SETUP

ATTACHING SQUEEGEE ASSEMBLY

1. Park the machine on a level surface and remove
the key.
2. Lift the squeegee lift lever to the upward position
(Figure 4).

3. Mount the squeegee assembly to the squeegee
pivot bracket as shown (Figure 5). Make sure the
knobs are completely seated into the slots before
securing knobs.

4. Connect the vacuum hose to the squeegee
assembly. Loop the hose as shown using the hose
clip provided (Figure 6).

5. Check the squeegee blades for proper adjustment
(See SQUEEGEE BLADE ADJUSTMENT).

INSTALLING BRUSH/PAD

INFORMATION section in this manual or consult your
authorized distributor for brush and pad
recommendations.
1. Park the machine on a level surface and remove
the key.
2. Step down on the scrub head lift pedal to raise the
scrub head off the floor (Figure 7).

3. Attach the pad to the pad driver before installing
the driver (Figure 8). Secure pad with centerlock.

4. Align the pad driver/brush mounting studs into the
motor hub slots and give it a quick counter--
clockwise turn towards the spring clip (Figure 9).

5. To remove a pad driver or brush, simply give it a
quick turn away from the spring clip.
