Loose battery cable
Main fuse blown
Faulty key switch
Scrub head is raised off floor
Battery meter lockout activated
Tripped brush motor circuit breaker
Faulty scrub head (up/down) switch
Faulty activation bail switch
Faulty brush motor or wiring
Worn motor carbon brushes
Main fuse blown
Faulty relay switch
Faulty transaxle motor or wiring
Worn motor carbon brushes
Squeegee is raised off floor
Vacuum motor fuse blown

Tighten loose cable
Replace fuse

Reset brush circuit breaker button

Turn on FaST system switch
Replace 7.5 Amp fuse
Soak in warm water to unclog
Replace FaST PAK carton
Undo hose kink

Drain solution tank. remove solution
tank filter, clean and reinstall
Replace orifice/filter screen
(See ANNUAL MAINTENANCE)
Clean solution tank filter or flush out
solution hose
Remove valve and clean
Adjust solution control flow knob
Calibrate knob and retighten screw
