OPERATION

MACHINE INSTALLATION

UNCRATING MACHINE

1. Carefully check carton for signs of damage.
Report damages at once to carrier.
2. To uncrate the machine, remove the rear and front
shipping brackets that secure the machine to the
pallet. Position the supplied ramp at the rear of the
machine and carefully back the machine off the
pallet. Make sure the brush base is in the raised
position.
ATTENTION: Use the supplied ramp when
uncrating machine to prevent machine damage.

MACHINE SETUP

FILLING SOLUTION TANK

1. With the brush base in the up position, push the
machine to a filling site.
FOR SAFETY: Before leaving or servicing
machine, stop on level surface, turn off machine
and unplug cord from wall outlet..
NOTE: Check that the solution tank filter is installed
before filling. The filter is located at the rear of the
machine near the floor.
2. The solution tank is equipped with front and rear
filling ports for your convenience (Figure 1). Fill
the solution tank with 113 liters (30 gals) of clean
water at 60C (140F) maximum temperature.
NOTE: When filling solution tank with a bucket, make
sure that the bucket is clean. Do not use the same
bucket for filling and emptying the machine.

The clear hose at the rear of the machine
indicates the amount of water in the solution tank
(Figure 2).
3. Pour a recommended cleaning detergent into the
solution tank according to the mixing instructions
on the bottle (Figure 3).
NOTE: As an alternative to mixing the cleaning
detergent in the solution tank, a pump- up sprayer can
be used to apply the cleaning detergent on the floor.
FOR SAFETY: When using machine, follow mixing
and handling instructions on chemical containers.

Vapors Or Combustible Dusts.
