The hoisting frame is an option. On the hoisting frame a lifting eye is mounted.
In addition, the chimney orifice is larger at the top of the trailer to make it easier
to be able to work with hoisting equipment.
The lifting eye / hoisting equipment must be inspected before
hoisting work activities (thereafter periodic inspection / 3 months).
Mount the top master link on the hoist (eg: crane). Also use approved
hoisting equipment (with CE mark). Stability will have to be added
during the lifting operations of the JMB-S (2-wire roundsling with
lashing straps), see drawing left. The vertical strap (with safety
hook) is the hoisting strap, the oblique strap is the stability strap to
safely and stably lift the load. This strap is attached to the drawbar
support bracket and must have extra wear-resistant reinforcement!

Heat hazard: watch out for the engine outlet (exhaust)
if you link lifting equipment to the lifting eye!
Always empty the water tank and diesel tank preventively before
lifting. Also make sure that the hoses are not filled with water. Make
sure that nothing is located under or within the turning circle of
the load. Wear the minimum PPE! Do not hoist above wind force
1, during storms and thick fog! Always lower the load slowly.

The temperature controller ensures that the output temperature remains
constant, regardless fluctuations in the temperature of the supplied water
(within the limits of the system). This system also ensures optimum load of the
burner, which benefits the emissions and lifespan of the burner (less circuitry).
Also the water heating at cold start will work out faster.

The descaling coil is an additional accessory and is located around the high-
pressure hose at the entrance to the burner boiler. This coil need to prevent
possible lime formation in the supply hose and in the burner coil.
The coil gives a signal that changes the shape of the lime minerals in the water.
As a result, small groups are formed that can no longer attach themselves to the
components and will therefore flush out of the pipes/hoses. This coil extends
the service life of the components exposed to limescale deposits.

Operation

SET TO WORK

Turn the key contact to position 1 (=ON) and wait till the lamp of preheating is
extinguished, then turn the key contact further to position 2 (=START) to start
the fuel engine. Leave the key when the fuel engine is started. The automatic
speed control option has a fixed setting on 50 % (or place the throttle lever at
position 1/2, depending the selected option). When the fuel engine is running,
allow the engine to warm up at stationary revolutions. Point the spray gun in to
the open space and operate the spray gun until the water supply is completely
de aerated. Operate the spray gun and adjust if necessary the spray pressure
by operating the throttle lever/control stick. Follow the instructions on the
display of the speed control operating menu. For the use of hot water, set the
temperature on desired value through the control stick and by following the
instructions of the temperature menu on the display. After turning 30 minutes
into bypass, the cleaner will switch off and an indication will be visualized on
the display. Make sure that the valve is on position 'steam or high temperature
function': and the throttle is on the right position (at standard configuration).
