Depending on the scale deposits the pump may be put to the middle position (1
liter = 3h 55 mins.). Adjust the other settings experimentally according the local
hardness / application / cleaning temperature.
Attention: always put the softener pump
to position: ON, never turn off!
The burner can still work approx. 2 hours before the PLC switches off the burner.
During these 2 hours, the reset button will start flashing (or display a message)
to indicate that the softening product is running dry. The softener pump will not
work at using cold water but jumps automatically on when the burner motor is
activated and the pump will work during xx sec. when the motor is deactivated!
The softener pump has also a run dry protection of the softener tank.
Consult, if necessary, the delivered safety data sheet of the softener
pump (1.837.900). Check the measures on exposure controls /
personal protection / first aid measures / firefighting measures.

Use the special 'steam' lance when you work in 'steam' mode (see picture)! Use
the special when you work in low pressure function (see picture)! Make sure that
the valve is set to 'steam mode' or 'low pressure function' (high temperature)
and the throttle lever is also set into correct position when you work with high
temperatures! Mount the spray lances to aan the screw couplings.
Steam valve / high temperature (low pressure) valve
The 'steam function' is a function that allows to control pollution using a hot
water principle. The 'high temperature' function is a function that allows to
prevent growth of weeds and/or moss growth using a hot water principle.
This valve is located at the control compartment against the frame at right side.
• Valve horizontally: high pressure washing activated (see symbol 1 – use the
appropriate spray lance).
• Valve vertically: 'steam function' / 'high temperature' function' activated (see
symbol 2 – use the appropriate spray lance).
Please pay attention to the hot surface of the swivel connection of
the reel at operating this valve. Do not touch!
