The water supply is purged with the water filter.
8 B U R N E R M OTO R
The burner motor drives both, the fuel pump and the ventilator.
The burner motor switches on as soon as the burner switch is switched on.
9 F U E L P U M P
The fuel pump is driven by the burner motor.
On the fuel pump is an magnetic valve assembled which makes that the fuel
either gets to the burner or gets back to the fuel tank.
10 V E N T I L ATO R
The ventilator makes sure that there is sufficient air for the combustion and
also for the cooling of the burner wall. The ventilator is driven electrically and is
mounted at the bottom of the burner.
11 I G N I T I O N T R A N S F O R M E R
The ignition transformer is mounted indirectly against the burner chamber.The
ignition transformer makes sure for a continued ignition spark in the burner
chamber.
12 F LOW S W I TC H
As soon as there is sprayed, there is a flow through the flow switch.
The switch controls if there is a flow of water. At sufficient flow the burner can
function. There are 2 flow switches in the JMB-S-W present, 1 for the hot water
high pressure line and 1 for the high temperature line.
13 P R E S S U R E R E L I E F VA LV E
If the pressure in the water circuit gets to high by unexpected circumstances,
the pressure relief valve opens and the water runs outside through a hose.
14 F R A M E
The frame is made of a iron construction lacquer with vibration isolators and is
mounted on the trailer.
15 R U N D RY P R OT E C T I O N WAT E R TA N K
The run- dry protection is mounted in the water tank. If the level in the water
tank is to low, the motor gets switched off by means of the dry run protection.
The cleaner goes in failure.
16 F U E L TA N K
The fuel tank you can find at the back of the trailer and is equipped with filling
cap and run- dry protection.
17 R U N D RY P R OT E C T I O N F U E L TA N K
The run- dry protection is mounted in the fuel tank. If the level in the fuel tank is
to low, the motor gets switched off by means of the dry run protection.
The cleaner goes in failure.
18 H E AT E XC H A N G E R
The heat exchanger is used to cool the engine, through the heat exchanger
cold water will be flowed in the primary circuit, in the secondary circuit the hot
water flows coming from the engine. The heat exchanger ensures now that
the secondary circuit will be cooled and there hotter water flows through the
primary circuit into the high pressure pump.
