4. Operation

4.1. Set to work

Put the high pressure cleaner as much as possible at horizontally position. Connect the water supply.
Connect the spray gun with the high pressure hose (without spray lance) to the high pressure cleaner.
Connect the high pressure cleaner electrically (plug in socket).
Turn the main switch to position 1= ON. Aim the spray gun in to the free space and serve the spray gun until the
water jet is completely de aerated (+- 30 sec.). Turn the main switch to position 0=OFF.
Connect the spray lance to the spray gun. Turn the main switch to position 1=ON.
Operate the spray gun and check the working pressure on the pressure gauge.
Adjust, if necessary, the pressure regulator for the desired spray pressure.
For the use of hot water one must turn the temperature regulating knob clockwise, until desired position.
Pay attention on sufficient fuel in the fuel tank.
Mixing valve: adjust the concentration from the added product by opening the mixing tap (beneath) to your needs.
The cleaner will be turned off automatically after inactivity of approx. 1 Hour to prevent accidentally switching on
(like: undesired starting/stopping after occurance of leakage), safety prevention (machine off) & ecologic reason
(preheating process will be ended).

4.2. Operating components

1. Temperature regulating knob
The temperature regulating knob has been carried out as a turning knob and can be found on the operating
panel. With the temperature regulating knob the maximum temperature of the cleaning water can be adjusted:
- Turning button to the left is minimum temperature - cold cleaning, burner off.
- Turning button to the right is maximum temperature (at low pressure).
Determine experimentally which spray pressure and at which temperature one can clean most accurate, without
damaging the object (for example: rubber - not higher than 50°C).
A high cleaning temperature can only be reached by reducing the flow which provides the high pressure pump.
By moving the pressure regulator to left one reduces the number of l/min.
The temperature will rise maximum until the adjusted value.
If the flow becomes too low, the flow switch will switch off the burner.
In this way , the system prevents that the temperature can exceed the critical value.
2. Main switch
The main switch is mounted centrally on the operating panel and has a red lever with a yellow front plate.
The main switch has two possible positions and is lockable:
- 0: OFF - stop / main switch off
- 1: ON - Start (main switch in operating mode)
3. Pressure gauge
The spray pressure will be indicated on the pressure gauge and is situated at the side of the machine.
4. Pressure regulator
The pressure regulator is also mounted at the side (cap) of the machine and is equipped with black turning button.
On the pressure regulator is a turning button (with blue indication) situated, where you can adjust the spray pres-
sure infinitely variable. The pressure can only be adjusted if the spray gun is operated.
Turn the button to the right is a higher pressure (+).
Turn the button to left is a lower pressure (-).
5. Mixing tap - product
With the mixing tap it is possible to set exactly the concentration of added (chemical) products:
Turn to the right (max. till 10) to increase, back to left to decrease the product (scale: 0-10).
Turn to the left (max. till pos. 10) to increase, back to the right to decrease the product (scale: 0-10).
The mixing tap works only sufficient if you hang the suction hose below the fluid level in the product tank.
